Haruko Seki is a landscape architect & garden designer based in London and Tokyo.
After working as urban designer for 9 years, Haruko moved to the UK in 1997. She graduated MA Landscape Architecture at the University of Greenwich, after that she worked for London based landscape practice for 4 years. Haruko obtained permanent residency visa in 2005, then set up Studio Lasso Ltd in the UK where she has been engaging in global projects. Haruko has been taking part in several international competitions since 2000 including RHS Chelsea Flower Show in the UK and awarded several prizes. She is an associate member of landscape institute UK, and a visiting professor at the Tokyo Zokei University.
